We actively seek the best green building choices, educating our clients about the cost-savings, and energy saving features of materials and appliances.
We build fewer than four homes a year, which allows us to take the extra time and effort it requires to build a home that we, and our homeowners, will be proud of.
Our Steps include:
- Clearing, excavation, foundation
- Septic and well
- Framing
- Exterior finishes: roofing, windows, doors, siding, and decks
- Mechanicals: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation
- Interior finishes: drywall, paneling, paint, light fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, appliances
- Driveway and landscaping
- Punch list walk through and warranty follow-up
